in order to do that we should launch immediately a european search and rescue mission. this is not to dissolve the phenomenon, this is basically an ambulance. it s a fact that people are dying. in the moment there is no institutional rescue capacity. this is for immediate term. of course it s important to create conditions for people to not leave their countries of origin. and more stable conditions in transit. the approach that we are using right now is basically allowing neighbouring countries to use migration as a pressure card to blackmail european union. it s clear, we ve seen that with turkey, with libya and tunisia that at the moment is an interest from the european side to stop migration. we migration being used as a way to
