The storms barreling into new York City overnight, Flooding Streets and homes from literally every direction. Look at that, a State Of Emergency declared in new york and New Jersey after the storm unleashed floodwaters. 3 to 5 inches of rain an hour. New York City was under a Flash Flood Emergency for the first time ever, even the most hardcore new yorkers havent seen anything like this since hurricane issandy.
