Meanwhile, Ningavva is diagnosed with a rare disease and needs surgery to stay alive. The doctor asks Narayanappa to arrange Rs 20 lakh for the surgery. He along with Rajesh approaches financiers for a loan but in vain. With no other option, Narayanappa announces that he possesses an antique binocular specialised in quenching the thirst of voyeurs. He wants to sell it for Rs 20 lakh through Rajesh who wants to pocket Rs 30 lakh by hiking the price of the binocular to Rs 50 lakh. Rajesh meets Charlie (Prashanth Siddi), an auto rickshaw driver, who wants to pocket Rs 50 lakh by increasing the price of the binocular to Rs 1 crore. Finally, Charlie approaches a guitarist who wants to sell it for Rs 2 crore to an astrologer.
The movie starts with Achanur police receiving an anonymous phone call informing them that somebody has attacked Pavithra (Preethu Pooja) at Vidyanagar. The scene then shifts to an isolated place where Dhananjay (Kari Subbu), a bank employee, and others are busy playing cards.
