Citizens have been Left Behind. Look, theres a lot of heartbreak associated with this departure. We did not get everybody out that we wanted to get out. I think if we stayed another ten days we wouldnt have gotten everybody out that wanted to get out and there still would be people disappointed with that. Its a tough situation.
