The Board of Directors of Poonawalla Fincorp Limited, at its meeting held today have approved the financial results of the company for the period ended March 31, 2023 - Q4FY23 and FY2023.
The Board of directors of Poonawalla Fincorp Limited has recommended dividend at the rate of Rs. 2 per share i.e., 100% of face value of Rs. 2 each on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2023.
CRISIL Ratings has upgraded its rating on the long-term bank facilities and Non convertible debentures of Poonawalla Fincorp Limited to CRISIL AAA/Stable from CRISIL AA+/Stable.
