Sibusiso Siyaya was convicted in the Pongola Magistrates Court on Tuesday, 14 May, to 20 counts of murder, reckless and negligent driving and failure to perform driver duties after an accident.
Sibusiso Siyaya s truck collided with a bakkie which was transporting school children on the N2 highway in northern KZN last year. Twenty lives were lost.
