A Bigfork man, accused of endangering the lives of others with his driving habits, admits that a jury would likely convict him of doing so. Joshua Wayne Winfree, 34, entered an Alford plea in Polson District Court Jan. 30, to felony criminal endangerment.
An Arlee man was sentenced in Polson District Court Jan. 29 to the Montana State Prison for 20 years, with 15 years suspended, for assaulting a child. Glenn Elliott Fortner, 64, pleaded guilty to the assault charge as part of a plea agreement reached during an earlier court appearance.
A Pablo man is accused of brandishing a firearm at a gas station in Pablo in an attempt to steal money. Josiah Michael Houle, 39, entered a plea of not guilty in Polson District Court Jan. 25 to felony robbery.
