Brasilia, Feb 19 (Prensa Latina) Former Brazilian Foreign Minister Celso Amorim on Monday described as absurd Israel's decision to declare President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva persona non grata for comparing the situation in the Gaza Strip with the Holocaust.
