(a) One-way traffic
Except for Police/emergency vehicles and essential service vehicles, the following roads will carry traffic only in the direction mentioned below:
(i) La Brasserie Road from its junction at Camp le Juge to its junction with La Marie Road;
(ii) The stretch of the road from junction La Brasserie/La Marie to Avalon Parking.
As such, vehicular traffic approaching Grand Bassin will do so via La Marie, Mare aux Vacoas, Gower and Petrin, and will leave via Le Gouly, Bois Chéri and Grand Bois Roads;
(iii) Building Street as from its junction with Bois Cheri Road near football pitch to its junction with Young Tow Road;
