When Henry Morrison Flagler first came to Florida in search of a temperate climate for his ailing wife, he surely never imagined the reason he chose the area the enticement and health benefits of sun and fresh sea air would be one of the top reason meeting professionals choose the area today. But Kelly Cavers is not surprised. As chief sales officer for The Palm Beaches, she believes a few trends have helped fuel the area’s popularity and solidify its reputation as a world-class meetings destination.
The Richfield Historical Society (RHS) invites all to welcome spring at its annual Maple Syrup Family Day. The celebration will be held Saturday March 25th 2023, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at Richfield Historical Park located at 1896 Hwy 164, Richfield WI 53076, 1/2 mile north of Hwy 167. Admission is FREE. Spring brings a whirlwind of activity to the RHS sugar shack, where the sap collected from maple trees in the park is cooked into syrup. Syrup-making demonstrations will be held throughout the day, with discussions of the history of maple sap products.
