Township commissioner president philip ahr to come out to be transported to district court. The 66yearold ahr turned himself in this morning. Hes been under investigation for child pornography for a little while now. District attorney jack whelan says the commissioner had in his possession disturbing images depicting children as young as infants engaging in sex acts with adults. This comes on the heels of what happened four months ago when a jury found former radnor township commissioner bill sprinkler guilty of indecent assault of a person with mental disability. Sprinkler was convicted for inappropriately touching a 103yearold in her nursing home last year.
