BeiGene Ltd (NASDAQ: BGNE) says it is aware that Pharmacyclics LLC has filed a complaint alleging that BeiGene's blood cancer therapy Brukinsa (zanubrutinib) infringes a Pharmacyclics patent issued on June 13, 2023.
