This past weekend a pair of conference champions were crowned and revenge was the theme for both while regular season finales and early conference tournament action got underway. The headliner in all of this was No. 2 UIndy against No. 1 Lindenwood in the GLVC.
Midwest Region
The Lions took down the Greyhounds 12-10 in the first matchup, however, with hardware on the line this past Sunday, UIndy came out fast and took the halftime lead, with a 6-5 advantage. Four straight goals by the Greyhounds to start the second half stretched the lead to 10-5 and Lindenwood was never able to get closer than three goals.
