Its a question we ask on a day in which the families of two more black men shot by authorities held News Conferences. Andrew brown, shot and killed last week in North Carolina after deputies tried to serve a warrant for his arrest on Felony Drug charges. And Isaiah Brown who was shot and critically wounded while on the phone with 911 dispatchers involving a domestic incident. The deputy who shot him thought the phone was a gun.
