That tells us that it will be prolonged periods of freezing rain as we move through the night tonight. Some locations picking up a tenth to potentially a quarter inch of freezing rain. And thats why we still have the winter storm warnings in effect for everybody in the pink. Montgomery county, anne arundel, and howard county, but everybody else under that winter storm warning.
