On Friday, Nov. 17, at 10:50 p.m., Pennsylvania State Police in Lehighton responded to the report of gunshots heard near West Snyder Avenue in Lansford Borough, Carbon County.
A Walnutport man was charged Thursday afternoon in the shooting Saturday on Hahns Dairy Road in Lower Towamensing Township.
According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by the Pennsylvania State.
