Industrial builder snaps up Mesquite development sites Steve Brown, The Dallas Morning News An industrial building developer has purchased almost 40 acres in Mesquite for future construciton. Dalfen Industrial has bought two properties at 1262 and 4180 East Scyene Road. Younger Partners’ John St. Clair and Jack Gail brokered the sale. “These parcels were attractive to the buyer, whom already has a presence in Mesquite and is an experienced industrial developer, because of their location within the quickly emerging Mesquite market,” St. Clair said in a statement. “This part of Mesquite, along with nearby Sunnyvale, has emerged as a solid industrial submarket. This area was previously overlooked but has turned into a solid in-fill industrial location.”
