what i ve got here, everybody grab a plate, it s time to do a little sampling. we have two little items for your tasting, the first one, the pie wedge. this will be america s number one pie this christmas i m predicting. called state fair cream cheese pie and it comes to us from a woman by the name of pat lange. pat lange won five blue ribbons at the iowa state fair with this. and it s a family recipe from her, and she makes this, the graham cracker crust. i love the story she tells in the book and not just recipes, stories as well. when she was growing up her mom once a year would have the sewing club over to the house and once a year the mom would make this pie, the best pie in town and it s absolutely delicious. we had it for thanksgiving and for christmas as well. i feel i ve eaten a third of
