so is there your head line. it looks like an end to the the septa strike. we are at twu union headquarters and the fact that the lights are on and youe a gentlemen standing in the door way and the fact that you said, they have been negotiating all night, that is a first, and whenever they are talking all night, that means they are close. they would have left because the the hotel, as we have video of got dark and this had nothing to do with, the talks, what happened was the sheraton a union hotel and that is why they meet there schedule electrical maintenance and shutting power off between midnight and 4:00 a.m. on the way out willie brown was are optimistic. he said quote we re real close. and so if you are real close, keep talking, so the union came here to their headquarters as we came back here live, septa went over to septa headquarters on market street and mediator like the rest of us started to put miles on his shoes and his wheels, and was going back and forth all nig
