Katherine Hall is facing several charges after she allegedly ran over a 7-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl on Parthenia Avenue in the Jacobs neighborhood Saturday afternoon.
Police are investigating after a 7-year-old and a 13-year-old were struck by a driver that stopped and then fled the scene in the 3600 block of Parthenia Avenue.
