Brigadier-General Idada Ikponmwen (rtd) is a former Provost Marshal of the Nigerian Army, Pioneering Director of Army Legal Services and now a Legal Practitioner & Notary Public says President Muhammadu Buhari last minute cancellation of addressing the National Assembly was ill-advised.
