We re hanging in there for the most part, but it s still kind of rough, said Onneshia Moore, Hines cousin.His family described him as loving, caring and a family person, and said he was dedicated to his music and sports. Anything he came up with in his mind he achieved, said Monroe. Any goal, no matter what it was. Whenever he said he was going to do something he did it and completed it. That includes on the playing field, according to his former coach, John Parker, Sr. We lost a great child. He was a good child, said Parker. He cared for everyone he was around. He helped them
