As we heard during todays hearing San Franciscos Small Businesses are experiencing incredibly severe impacts from the pandemic especially from the most recent order. San francisco Small Businesses did not benefit from the last round of federal aid only 4 to women businesses. 1 27,000 with three percent going to minority of 124,000 average loan. Immediate relief must be a funding priority for the city to prevent the permanent closure of Small Businesses who serve and about the local communities.
