+ March 16, 2021 IN A bid to help the public with their legal concern and educate them about their legal rights, SunStar Davao partnered with lawyer Margarita Ignacia Migs B. Nograles in a talk show dubbed as Ask Atty. Migs aired on the latter s official Facebook page.
Co-hosted by Sun Star Davao s editor Ace June Rell Perez, the pilot episode of Ask Atty. Migs tackled marriage and all legal concerns related to it. First off, Atty. Migs talked about the essential requirements when getting married as a couple must not just decide one day that they want to get married. There are legal requirements aside from the formal requirements they have to meet lest their marriage will be called void ab initio or invalid from the outset.
