They are getting a years worth of rain in days. Reporter water rescues in desperate situations continue with well over 5000 in shelters in houston alone. We have handled 56,000 calls for 911. We completed the rescue of 2000 people today. Reporter the situation is impacting areas beyond houston. In some places people are forced to temporarily camp in places like gas stations or anywhere they can find shelter. These people come in and this little girl was just frozen. They need help. They are completely soaked. Reporter thousands are trying to stick out the situation at home. Officials warn that this disaster is expected to worsen before gets better with another 15 to 25 inches of rain in the forecast. They expect 30,000 residents in houston will be left temporarily homeless by the time its over. Texans
