Paraguay has been awarded the "Ibero-American Capital of Guarani Gastronomy in the Socio-Cultural Scope of the Jesuit Missions 2024" for Asunción, within the framework of the International Tourism Fair (Fitur) 2024 held in Madrid, Spain.
Paraguay will receive the "Gastronomic Capital" award for Asunción this Wednesday, January 24, within the framework of FITUR in Madrid. This is highly positive for the country and focuses the attention of the ever-growing global tourism demand on our delicious traditional dishes.
