Wednesday's update: 6 deaths in Ottawa County, 83 in Michigan

The Michigan health department reported 4,037 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus and 83 deaths related to COVID-19 on Wednesday.
That pushes the state s total number of cases to 446,752, with 11,018 deaths related to the virus.
The Ottawa County Department of Public Health on Wednesday reported 78 new lab-confirmed cases of the virus and six more deaths related to COVID-19.
The deaths reported in Ottawa County on Wednesday were a man, 74, who died Dec. 11; a 54-year-old man, 81-year-old woman, 81-year-old man and 82-year-old woman who all died Monday; and a man, 85, who died Tuesday.
Tuesday s total number of new cases has been revised upward from 39 to 174, so Ottawa County s total confirmed case count is now 17,129, with 10,463 recovered and 217 deaths. ....
