UTICA — No foul play is suspected after an adult male was found dead off Burnet Street in Utica Friday morning, according to the Utica Police Department.
Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol says a second Oneida County jail inmate has been charged after he and another inmate ran from officers outside Utica City Court on Wednesday.
