The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced the following road work this week:
Carbon County
• Kidder Township, Route 534 pothole patching between Route 903 and Route 940, through Friday 7.
A bridge closed and detoured in Mahoning Township earlier this month will be worked on sooner than the 2032 date.
The Hemlock Drive Bridge over Stewart Creek is closed between Stewart Creek Road and O.
