I think about this issue based on my background as a physician, but more importantly, as the former chief medical officer for Sacramento County who is in charge of the Public Health Delivery System there. And as a faculty member, my last Home Institution was the university of california davis, school of medicine. The reason why i give that background is last night it became personal for me because its hitting close to home. The first Novel Coronavirus case potentially person to person, nontransmission is in Sacramento County as we speak. That patient is housed at uc davis. I have been in communication with my former colleagues tha
