MidCap Financial Provides $20MM Financing to Xtant Medical

Xtant Medical Holdings, a global medical technology company focused on surgical solutions for the treatment of spinal disorders, announced that the company and its subsidiaries have entered into credit agreements with MidCap Financial Trust. The credit agreements provide for a $12 million secured term loan at a per annum interest rate of 7.00%, plus one-month LIBOR, and an $8 million secured revolving credit facility at a per annum interest rate of 4.50%, plus one-month LIBOR. Both facilities have a five-year term.
