Stark Thompson, Non-Executive Chairman, have exercised options in the amount of  755,000 shares of common stock,  $0.01 par, of the Company ( Common Stock ) ( Exercise ) in aggregate. The 755,000 new shares of Common Stock issued pursuant to the Exercise ( New Options Common Stock ) have been sold by Doug Doerfler, Ron Holtz and J.
