MANILA - A Quezon City Police Distict (QCPD) officer involved in an alarm and scandal incident in Marikina City on Saturday night has surrendered. Cpl. Felipe Pauig of the District Tactical Motorized Unit voluntarily gave up his service firearm at Camp Karingal and is now under restrictive custody, Brig. Gen.
