Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a public meeting at RTI ground in Ghazipur on Saturday in support of BJP candidate Parasnath Rai. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a few of his ministers and other BJP functionaries will be present on the occasion. With a huge gathering expected, the party is busy in giving final touches to the preparations. PM Modi will arrive by helicopter in the afternoon, and leave the ground around 5.25pm after addressing the public meeting. BJP has fielded a new face Parasnath Rai from Ghazipur Lok Sabha seat, while the Samajwadi Party has fielded Afzal Ansari, the brother of gangster-turned-politician Mukhtar Ansari, who died in custody recently. The Bahujan Samaj Party has fielded Umesh Singh from this seat.
