An internationally coerced and unconditional return of Zelaya tothe Honduran presidency will weaken the fundamentals of liberaldemocracy (limited government, checks and balances, and executiveaccountability) in the Western Hemisphere and hand HugoChávez and his ALBA alliance another propaganda victory.
