Free summer meals and snacks will be provided to children up to the age of 18 starting May 28 through the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma’s Summer Feeding Program.
The program, which is managed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and distributed by the Oklahoma State Department of Education, will run through Aug. 9.
Three Oklahoma tribes continue to provide Summer EBT food program funding for low-income children on their reservations, while Gov. Kevin Stitt opted the state out of the program for 2024.
