Union Minister of Ports, Shipping & Waterways Sarbananda Sonowal has urged the Dibrugarh Lok Sabha constituency to vote for the BJP under Narendra Modi. Sonowal praised the BJP-led NDA government for delivering 200% in a decade, surpassing the Congress government s performance in Assam and the Northeast. The government invested Rs 45,000 crores in the petroleum sector, rejuvenating Bongaigaon and Numaligarh refineries.
