Cuyahoga County settled the lawsuit with Joshua Castleberry more than four years after a corrections officer beat Castleberry, strapped him to a restraint chair and failed to give him medical attention for four hours.
In 2006, Jim Savage was deployed to Iraq where he managed one of the largest combat vehicle battalions, and he never lost a vehicle. Five years later, he was deployed to Iraq again.
