NEW ULM The Board of Directors of Nuvera Communications, Inc., approved a 1st quarter dividend payment of $.13 per share. The recently declared dividend will be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 5, and will be payable on March 15.
“In an effort to increase shareholder value, Nuvera is accelerating fiber-to-the-subscriber deployments and network investments starting in 2021,” said Nuvera President and CEO Glenn Zerbe. “Nuvera has fiber-to-home overbuild projects planned for multiple areas in New Ulm, as well as additional residential and business overbuilds in other communities.
