Area residents are encouraged to attend a community meeting to hear information about and provide feedback on a statewide watershed improvement project and plans to implement the project in South Arkansas.
There are six watersheds in and around El Dorado that contribute to flooding and drainage issues in the area and a public meeting has been scheduled next month to provide information about a grant the city has received to help address the matter.
