Northside Square will include office space, education and healthcare services, food and beverage space and rooms on three levels designated for community events.
Developers broke ground on the Northside Square redevelopment project on December 8, 2023. The facility will feature affordable housing and other resources.
Redevelopment of the 270,000 square-foot-facility, closed in 2016 due to student population loss, could bring revitalization to the area, planners predict.
