Sergio Valdez died Feb. 17 after suffering severe burns to his arms and face when an explosion occurred at his home in the early morning hours of Jan. 20, according to his family’s attorney.
Atmos attorneys in a lawsuit filed Jan. 26 wrote that evidence will show the gas leak that caused the explosion was "located somewhere within" the Sandman Hotel.
