The man accused of shooting a Clayton County Police officer and another person during an armed robbery at a shopping center off of Riverdale Road has turned himself into police.
The Clayton County Police Department confirmed an officer was shot Wednesday and investigators are searching for the suspect in the area of Riverdale Road. Three Clayton County schools are on lockdown, the district confirmed.
