On June 23 Samuel AJ Tutwiler, 21, Marcum, turned himself in at the Iroquois County Jail on an Iroquois County warrant for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. Tutwiler posted the required bond and was released.
Iroquois County Sheriffâs Police arrested Heather N. Sutherlin, 42, Westville, June 24. According to police reports, Sutherlin was wanted on an Iroquois County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge. Sutherlin was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where she posted the required bond.

Milford
On June 21 Stephanie A. Hillard, 31, Milford, was arrested by Milford Police. According to police reports, Hillard was wanted on an Iroquois County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge. Hillard was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where she posted the required bond.
The incident occurred at about 8:36 p.m. at the North Temple park.
Police spokeswoman Alejandra Arreguin said a black car was seen fleeing the area.
While officers were at the park, they heard more shots in the distance. The department also received calls of shots fired in the 000 block of North Tenth Street.
No damage was located. Several shell casings were found in the road and parking lot by officers.
Officers later located a 2012 Dodge Avenger that matched the description of the suspected vehicle, Arreguin said. The registered owner told police she loaned the car to a known subject but did not have any other information.

• Steven Nichol, 29, was arrested for driving while license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked.
• Gerald Smith, Jr., 44, was arrested for parole violation.
• Trenton Christensen, 26, was arrested for failure to obey a stop sign and yield to the right of way, leaving a scene of an accident without providing aid or information, failure to maintain control, failure to provide proof of financial liability and second offense operating while under the influence.
Incidents
• A hit-and-run was reported on the 400 block of North Tenth Avenue.
• Second-degree burglary and fourth-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of Glenda Drive.
