The political parties that will participate in Peru s general elections scheduled for April 11 this year have outlined the actions that they intend to implement as part of their government plan if they gain voters support at the polls. Their government plans are contained in the election platform of the National Elections Board (JNE) and are also available here. To date, 14 presidential lists are in the race. The list led by Nidia Vilchez is not included, since the political party (Partido Aprista Peruano) announced its withdrawal. In the coming days, the National Elections Board (JNE) will decide the electoral fate of Hernando de Soto (Avanza Pais), George Forsyth (Victoria Nacional), and Daniel Urresti (Podemos Peru), taking into consideration petitions for disqualifications filed against them.
