that chase began very early this morning. montgomery county police confirming that that chase ended up on the outer loop of the beltway where there wn , i fact, a crash there that shut down the outer loop for pretty much most of the morning commute, impacting so many drivers this morning. from what we understand, after i we bee a pickup crash, eo there were pple who bailed out vehicle. montgomery county police telling us they were able to take multiple suspects into custody, and we believe that some of them are being questioned this hour. we re still working to co irm exactly how many arrests were made. now police are not telling us at this point what this was all about, why they were interested in this particular vehicle that ended up in a chase. we re still working to get more inftmation. but re was a big impact on the beltway this morning. i believe there s still one lane of the outer loop, the far le lane, that remains closed at this hour. hopefully things will get ba
