A strong storm packing high winds and extremely heavy rain flooded roads and knocked out power across Hawaii on Monday, with a state of emergency declared for the entire archipelago.
From the now empty shores of Oahu’s Waikiki Beach to the snowy summit of the Big Island’s highest peak, an unusually strong winter storm is clobbering the Hawaiian Islands
