G7 Ambassadors, EU Delegation express support for customs reforms

The G7 Ambassadors and the EU Delegation stated their political support for the institutional development of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, as well as readiness to deepen further cooperation.
This was discussed during the meeting of Chairman of the State Customs Service Pavlo Riabikin with the G7 Ambassadors and the leadership of the EU Delegation to Ukraine on May 26, Ukrinform reports with reference to the website of the State Customs Service.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the process of reforming the State Customs Service of Ukraine. In particular, Chairman of the State Customs Service informed about the main areas of change: personnel reform, legislative changes, IT transformation, development of customs infrastructure.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal discussed the progress of reforms in Ukraine with the heads of diplomatic missions of the European Union, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Ukrinform.

PM Shmyhal, G7 and EU Ambassadors discuss purchase COVID-19 vaccine

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal discussed with the G7 and the European Union Ambassadors topical issues of cooperation, plans for next year and purchase of COVID-19 vaccine.
As the Government portal reports, Shmyhal stressed that the most important task of the Government is to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on the economy. The Government has approved 100 priority investment projects in various fields. Projects can be implemented with the involvement of investors, in particular on the terms of public-private partnership, international technical assistance or through loans and the budget. We invite you to take part in privatization auctions and concession tenders in Ukraine, the Prime Minister said.
