problems taking them back. the agreement to let them remain in pakistan runs out in december 2015. the bottom line is that although we re concerned about the role of some of these camps which is being played as far as the security of pakistan is concerned, we are also conscious of the fact that we ll not do anything that can be an area of concern for the new afghan government. so we work with them to work out a time line and a schedule for the eventual repatriation. in the meantime, how do we handle them within pakistan after the registration is over. we then promised the government to sit with them and work out a mutually agreed timetable for the repatriation of the unregistered events in the first place and discuss the eventual withdraw of the idps and the afghan refugees closer to december 2015. okay. finally, minister one specific question on the police. you see how to make the police do a better job. what can do you with the police per se? theret front line of terroris

fall of its own weight. it may. there is a simplistic power that says all we want the to do is hold everybody to the same high standard. the assumption is all kids are the same. people hear it in politics and of course nobody wants to be the person who said i won t hold them to high standards. all kids are different. we don t agree on what high standards are. the good news is actually people will tend to choose. we have seen it over and over not just in education. they will tend to choose a lot of the same things. it s in our best interest as individuals to speak the same language as other people, to know math. to know the same american culture and history. that s how we interact and succeed. so you actually would have lots of national continuity and similarities. we wouldn t try to force a single model on everyone knowing that the one model doesn t work with best for everyone. you would have competition as opposed to monopoly that s common core. when you talk about school

call me, 1-800-743-cnbc or tweet me @jimcramer. when the standard & poor s 500 breaks out to new intraday highs, like it did today, your most important job is to play the skeptic, to don the bear suit, to poke holes. on days where the dow falls 196 points, before reversing hard in the afternoon, closing up 106, while the nasdaq advanced 0.69%, the last thing you should do is cheer leid. you don t defend a market that s roaring higher. you come to the market s defense when it gets clubbed, as it was just a few weeks ago. with the averages down more than 5% and half the s&p off 10% or more. so, let s take this roaring market as a terrific opportunity to go over not the bull case, but the bear case! the reasons why the market stho shouldn t be this high, shouldn t be. first, there s valuation. now, there s no doubt this market is stretching the bounds of reasonable prices. the average stock is selling for 17 times earnings. and let me just tell you, you might not understand that

well, the worst flooding on record in the balkans has now killed at least 37 people. tens of thousands of others have been forced to leave their homes. much of the worst of the damage has been caused by a river which has burst its banks in many areas. rescue teams are searching for anyone trapped by the floods in their homes. they are surrounded by water meters deep. the only way out is by boat. we knew about the floods, but we do not think the water would arrive so suddenly. when i saw this morning, it was too late. there are similar scenes further downstream all along the river. it is not reported to have burst its banks in several places in croatia. in serbia it has been hard hit. around 20,000 people have been evacuated from the town. that is almost the entire population. for most of them, abandoning the place where they live is a wrench. some people said we do not want to leave their homes. that is a very personal decision. we try to convince them to leave, but
