Logging trucks damage rural Whanganui roads, debate over who pays 26 Feb, 2021 04:00 PM 4 minutes to read Laurel Stowell is a reporter for the Whanganui Chroniclelaurel.stowell@whanganuichronicle.co.nzWhangaChron It is costing $15,000 a month to keep rural Denlair Rd open to cars during a logging operation, Whanganui District Council senior roading engineer Brent Holmes says.
